Refund & Returns Policy

Refund and Return Policy: 

You are entitled to a refund, exchange or credit under the following circumstances:

    1. The product is faulty.
    2. The product is significantly different to what was shown or described to you.
    3. You have experienced an allergic reaction when using the product

Proof of purchase must be provided. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind.

    1. If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo if possible.
    2. Incorrect Item/Damaged on Arrival

If you have received an item that isn’t what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please do not dispose of the item until we’ve had a chance to chat with you!

    1. Allergy Return

In the rare instance you have had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. Do not dispose of the product. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us.


Subject to the above circumstances, make-up, brushes, hair accessories, colours, are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

This policy applies to online purchases, which can also be returned in person at Khayaam Hair Salon with proof of purchase within 7 days of purchase.

For all remote returns please contact info@khayaam.com.au direct within 7 days of delivery. All returns must be in original packaging and returned within 14 days of delivery.

If your online purchase is refunded, your refund will be made to the original payment method, except Zip Pay payments which will be refunded in cash or Direct bank transfer.
